CANNIBAL CORPSE RELEASING "GLOBAL EVISCERATION" DVD IN MARCH!

Cannibal Corpse is scheduled to release a new two-disc DVD set, "Global Evisceration", on March 15th via Metal Blade. The set will contain approximately two hours and 49 minutes of material, including footage from the May 3, 2010 concert at Gothic Theatre in Englewood, Colorado and the May 8, 2010 performance at Sunshine Theater in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The DVD will also include bonus performances and extra segments, as well as behind-the-scenes footage covering the "Evisceration Plague" tour cycle. I expect it to be nothing but brutal. I saw Cannibal Corpse last year on this tour and my head nearly exploded. Is there a band that plays louder live than Cannibal Corpse? I swear I lose hearing every time I see these legends live, so this release should be a new definition of heavy for DVD's!

Oh and guess what? This DVD is coming out the day before my birthday, so now you know what to get me!

More details will be released soon on this DVD! Stay Tuned!

NERGAL UNDERWENT BONE MARROW TRANSPLANT PROCEDURE!

According to Blabbermouth.net, Nergal underwent a bone marrow transplant procedure last night, having found a donor that was a genetic match. He will spend the next four weeks in an isolation room at the hematology division of Uniwersyteckie Centrum Kliniczne (UCK) in Gdansk to avoid any infection while his immune system is low.

Nergal stated that the search for a suitable bone marrow donor "would have been difficult to achieve if it wasn't for the support of so many people . . . The concerts for charity have been organized all over the world and people of show business, bands and, most of all, the fans got deeply involved. You are beyond great! One of you made my transplant possible, but remember, your attitude may save many others in need."

This is great news! Hopefully everything works out and we get to see Nergal back on the stage in 2011. Keep him in your thoughts, and I'm sure he can pull through. All I want for Christmas is Nergal healthy! Hailz!
